Unlock the value of the property you already own.
Secured funding against your residential or commercial property, for business, education, medical or family needs, with every cost explained upfront.
How it works
Your property works for you,
while you keep using it.
A Loan Against Property (LAP) lets you raise funds by mortgaging a house, flat, shop or office that you own. Because the loan is secured, it usually offers a larger amount and a longer repayment period than an unsecured personal or business loan.
At Blue City FinCap, a unit of Allbright Electricals Private Limited and an RBI-registered NBFC, we assess your application on your repayment capacity as well as the property. Our Jodhpur team explains the valuation, the legal checks and every charge before you commit, so there are no surprises later.
